Darragh Amelia is an audio-visual practitioner largely found interrogating hierarchies across film cultures.

She has preserved, produced, and programmed audio-visual work with Canada Council for the Arts, British Council, LUX, EYE Filmmuseum, BBC, & UN agencies ++ has co-created spaces for audio-visual practice and training inc. ajabu ajabu and nafasi academy. 
She broke into the industry as concession attendant of the capitol 6 cinema in the mid-sized Canadian town where her mom resides.
